Willard Library, in cooperation with the Calhoun County Genealogical Society, will host a Genealogy Lock-in. If your family research has hit a relative road block, this event is a perfect time to enjoy quiet, one-on-one attention with seasoned researchers while the library is closed to the public. Robert C. Myers, curator of the History Center at Courthouse Square in Berrien Springs, will present "Fading Photos: How to Identify, Scan, Restore, and Archive Historic Photographs" at the annual lock-in. Also, Matt Willis, Willard Library head of reference, will give a brief tour of the historical resources at the Helen Warner Branch.
