Richard Rothstein, author of The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America, will discuss how American governments in the 20th century deliberately imposed residential racial segregation on metropolitan areas nationwide. After his talk, the attendees are invited to participate in a community conversation.
