Event Details

Forest Therapy is based in the popular Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing. It relaxes and connects you to nature using all your senses. In this workshop, Forest Therapy Guide Cayla Samano will explain this scientifically proven practice for restoring the body and mind. She also will serve pine cone tea. This talk will establish a great foundation for your own explorations in nature or may prepare you for a great experience on the guided walk conducted by Cayla on Saturday, May 18.

The program is part of Willard’s Love Where You Live series, which aims to help residents—new and longtime—embrace this wonderful community.
