Event Details

Yoga is among the best forms of exercise for people of any age. It improves our flexibility and balance, strengthens our muscles and even boosts our mood. People of any ability will enjoy instructor Julie Jackson's class, which includes practice in mind centering, breathing, physical poses and deep relaxation. Julie will adapt the practice to your individual needs. Willard Library will provide mats and other gear. All are welcome.
